You can install a plugin to the WordPress platform in many ways but the best way to install a plugin is to use the WordPress Admin Dashboard, which is very friendly and allow you to install plugins automatically with several clicks. Follow the steps below to find how to install a plugin in Wordpress.
Step 1: Login at your WordPress admin dashboard
Step 2: At the dashboard menu, hover your mouse at Plugins section and click on Add New
Step 3: At the Search Plugin textbox, enter the name of plugins you want to install, we will choose Jetpack in this case, and press enter.
Step 4: All plugins matching your keyword will appear. Click to the Install button, which shows next to the plugin name.
Step 5: Now plugin is installing, and it can take a few minutes. Once it's finished just click on the Active option and plugin will become Active.
